Hello, my name is Jack Turcsanski, and I’m proud to serve as a Loan Officer at First Colony Mortgage. Having lived in Utah my entire life, I’ve grown to appreciate the incredible opportunities the state has to offer, from skiing the slopes to mountain biking on the trails. Each year, I also enjoy visiting my Mom’s roots in California, where I love spending time on the waves.
I come from a family dedicated to both education and mortgage lending. My Mom is a teacher and artist, and my Dad has been a loan officer for longer than I’ve been alive—his example inspired me to follow this path and help others achieve the dream of homeownership.
I would describe myself as dedicated, efficient, optimistic, and approachable. Being fluent in both English and Spanish allows me to advise and guide a wide range of clients with clarity and confidence.
