Hi! My name’s Simeon Hale, and I’m a Loan Officer with First Colony Mortgage. I’ve been connected to First Colony since I was a kid, and I’ve always admired the strong family atmosphere and values that define the company. Now, I’m excited to carry that same spirit of integrity and care into my own work as a loan officer.
I grew up in Lindon, Utah and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me driving up the canyon in an old truck I spent hours restoring—usually heading out to camp or hike.
My Goal is to provide an honest, simple and efficient process for those looking to accomplish the homeownership dream and I’m beyond grateful for the small part I get to play in that process!
